Largest Rounds

Notice selects companies with the largest rounds from more than 5,000 private companies and 13,000 funding rounds. First, funding rounds with a close date are sorted by amount raised. Announced date is used if close date is unknown. Second, companies that have raised more than $10M are ranked. If the amount raised is not disclosed, then Notice will try to calculate the amount raised using various company filings. If amount raised cannot be calculated or pulled from funding announcements, then it is excluded. Rankings are updated daily at 12:00 am ET.
