Most Discounted Companies

Notice selects the most discounted companies from more than 5,000 private companies using the following criteria: First, the discount is calculated for each company by dividing Notice Price by the last round price and subtracting the value from 1. For example, a current price of 1.00 and last round price of 10.00 would be a 90% discount. Second, companies are sorted by discount descending and the top 50 are ranked. If last round price is unknown, then Notice uses the current real-time market capitalization and last round valuation if that information is known. Rankings are updated daily at 12:00 am ET.
